An Arizona Notary Public is a public official who serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents. My primary role is to verify the identity of the signers and ensure they are signing the document willingly and knowingly. I am commissioned by the Arizona Secretary of State.

I can notarize most documents that require a notarization, including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, and various legal forms. For wills, I can notarize the Self-Proving Affidavit but I cannot serve as a witness. I do not currently support I-9 Employment Eligibility forms.

Yes, I am a certified signing agent and I provide professional printing, signing, review, scanback, and courier services for loan signings and other real estate closings.

Arizona law requires me to verify the identity of the signer. Acceptable forms of ID include a U.S. state driver’s license, a U.S. passport, or a U.S. military ID. Please have your ID ready at the time of your appointment.

If you do not have a valid, unexpired government-issued ID, your identity can be established by a single credible identifying witness who personally knows you and can swear or affirm to your identity. This witness must also have their own valid, unexpired ID and cannot be a party to the transaction.

I specialize in traditional, in-person mobile notary and fingerprinting services. While RON is legally recognized in Arizona, I do not currently offer it.

I specialize in traditional ink (rolled) fingerprinting with a fingerprint card. I do not offer Live Scan fingerprinting at this time.

No, I do not currently provide apostille services. After notarization, you would submit your document to the Arizona Secretary of State to obtain an apostille.

Yes, as long as the notarial certificate (the part I fill out) is in English. I cannot translate the document content or confirm its validity.

For Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Cards, I provide everything from start to finish (forms, cards, etc.) for both IVP and non-IVP prints. However, it is recommended to apply online and submit payment to the DPS prior to our appointment, if possible. For other licenses and background checks, I provide FBI-compliant FD-258 cards for fingerprinting. Please follow all instructions from the requesting agency for filling out and returning the forms.
